Event Coordinator/Executive Assistant
Our company has an outstanding opportunity for a highly driven, knowledgable and passionate Event Coordinator, that will also assume many functions of an Executive Assistant. The individual selected for this role will execute various functions determined by or in conjunction with leadership by performing the following responsibilities.
Job Responsibilities
Composes routine and complex correspondences including agenda, notices, confidential correspondences, reports, strategic plans, and other documents
Runs, creates and prints reports throughout the month
Manage reports in Excel, Powerpoint and other internal platforms
Arranges travel plans and itineraries; compiles documents for travel related meetings
Addresses/manages internal and external client concerns
Greets visitors and directs them to the appropriate area
Cover the concierge desk when needed
Professionally administers overflow of incoming phone calls for sales
Ensure calls are routed to appropriate department as requested by client
Updates telephone directory as necessary
Prepares daily inventory and units sold reports
Assists with marketing events as needed
Creates, edits & posts social media posts for various social media platforms under the direction of leadership
Updates client records as needed
Attends weekly department meetings
Must be detail oriented
Assists with any tasks needed to support the dealership
Handle event management from small events in the store to large events offsite
Manage RSVP lists, invites and follow up from events for guests
Oversight and training will be provided for event management, however someone that is detailed, organized, self-starter, critical thinker and creative is a must for this role.

Must be able to manage multiple projects at a time.
Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or GED Required.
Bachelor Degree preferred.
Compensation
Compensation is based on experience, abilities and commensurate with Fortune 500 companies.
