Performs oil changes on guest vehicles.
Performs a thorough check of guests vehicles, refers needed repairs and preventive maintenance to ASM.
Inspects oil, cabin, air filters and vehicle fluid levels and replaces or replenishes as necessary.
Checks tire pressures and adds air, as needed.
Documents all work performed on repair order and inspection sheet.
Operates and maintains in good condition all lubrication equipment.
Assists the service department, as needed.
Operated all tools and equipment in a safe manner.

Qualifications

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Individual should possess:


A high school diploma or equivalent: some college or vocational school preferred;
A minimum of one (1) year automotive repair experience, desired; or a combination of education and experience.
Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance required; and mathematical principles (adding, subtracting, dividing, multiplying, and percentages) and application;
Must have a valid driver’s license and have and maintain an acceptable, safe driving record.

Key Responsibilities

Facility Maintenance & Repairs

Perform day-to-day maintenance and repairs across all areas of the dealership, including showroom, service drive, offices, and guest lounges

Troubleshoot and repair minor electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and mechanical issues
Maintain lighting, doors, locks, fixtures, and dealership equipment to ensure seamless operations

Luxury Presentation & Grounds Upkeep

Preventative Maintenance

Execute scheduled preventative maintenance programs to protect facility assets and minimize downtime
Maintain accurate logs of inspections, repairs, and maintenance activities
Proactively identify and communicate opportunities for facility improvements

Safety & Compliance

Follow all OSHA and company safety standards to ensure a safe environment for guests and employees
Properly handle, store, and maintain tools, materials, and equipment
Assist with emergency facility needs and safety response protocols as required

Team Collaboration & Event Support

Partner with Sales, Service, and Leadership teams to support daily operations and elevated guest experiences
Assist with setup and breakdown for dealership events, activations, and community engagements
Coordinate with third-party vendors for specialized repairs and projects when needed

Qualifications

2+ years of facilities maintenance, handyman, or related experience (automotive or luxury retail environment preferred)
Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems, and general repairs
Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, solutions-driven mindset
Excellent time management and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment
High attention to detail with pride in quality workmanship
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks including bending, climbing ladders, and standing for extended periods
Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions

Custodian / Porter – North Park Lincoln at Dominion
Part-time position only
North Park Lincoln at Dominion is looking for the right person who will be responsible for taking care of our facility by maintaining a safe, clean working environment for all dealership employees and customers.   This position will include Porter responsibilities as well.
Responsibilities

Mops, sweeps, vacuums, scrubs, waxes and polishes surfaces and floors and cleans offices, lunch rooms, refrigerators, sinks, halls, restrooms and building entrances along with other areas of the dealership that may need to be cleaned.
Responsible for light dusting throughout the facility.
Cleans customer and employee restrooms and shower rooms, restocks all bathroom supplies as needed.
Empties trash receptacles throughout the dealership

-Help with out-of-town deliveries, ensuring a successful, completely satisfied orientation experience (including touching up cleanliness, topping off fuel, answering product / technology questions, presenting with a luxury gift
-Assist sales management in monitoring client traffic on the Lincoln new and pre-owned showroom, looking for people in need of assistance and jumping in to welcome them.
-Assist Internet coordinator with photographing unique vehicles for eBay listings
-Proficient in-vehicle technology, be available most Saturday mornings for customers arriving with technology questions
-As assigned by sales management make follow-up phone calls / e-mails to recent sales customers to ensure complete client satisfaction.
-Attends weekly department meetings as appropriate
