Ford Team Leader Technician – North Park Lincoln

North Park Lincoln is currently hiring for an experienced Ford Team Leader Technician. This Team leader will lead a group of Ford technicians in the repair of Ford Vehicles.
Responsibilities:
• Diagnose, repair Ford Vehicles.
• Able to lead a group of technicians and help train new technicians in Ford repair processes.
• Executing repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications
• Test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
• Maintain an organized and neat bay.
• Continuously learn new technical information and techniques in formal training sessions in order to stay abreast with rapidly changing automotive technology.
• Adhere to all company policy, procedure, safety and environmental rules.
• Road test vehicles when needed.
Qualifications.
• Ford or ASE certification required.
