Job Responsibilities

• Understand and implement the dealership sales process
• Maintain extensive knowledge of products and current inventory
• Efficiently convert all forms of inquiries into appointments and sales
• Effectively follow up with traffic, short and long term
• Maintain Customer Satisfaction Index to organizational standards
• Constantly monitor metrics of leads, appointments, and sales
• Provide an overall positive experience for every guest of our dealership

Requirements

• College Degree Required
• No formal sales experience required, but preferred
• Must work well in a team environment
• Efficiently operate a computer
• Proper use of grammar and vocabulary a must
• Must be punctual
• Professional appearance
• Must pass hair follicle drug test
• Valid Texas driver’s license
