Summary:
 Customer Service Representative under the leadership of the Managers,  support the process to satisfy customer demands for Lincoln and other vehicles by providing follow-up calls after the sale and service. Great opportunity for Student or Retiree. 
 
Essential Responsibilities:

1 Ensure prompt follow-up communication with clients after service visit.  Help service drive staff greet customers promptly and courteously when they arrive to drop off their vehicles.

2. Help keep Management staff aware of any problems..

3. Fully coordinate and communicate actions with service consultants, technicians, and customers.

4. Set appointment for clients for service visit.

5. Assist with answering phone calls, covering lunch breaks and when needed.

Critical Competencies:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED)


LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to communicate clearly and take direction. Must have strong phone skills. Light typing and computer skills.


REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

  
Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations*:
Has valid driver’s license. Is legally able to work in the United States.
