The purpose of the Paint Prepper is to ensure an extraordinary client experience while creating client advocates. To perform all paint buffing/polishing assigned to bring the final product to the exact finish per the manufacturer guidelines.
Responsibilities
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.
Buff and polish paint work from the painter.
Communicate status of all work to estimator and painter.
Quality inspects body all work.
Maintain clean work area.
Attend weekly department meetings.
Other duties may be assigned.

Education/Experience
High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED); and six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
