Bluebonnet Collision Center – New Braunfels, TX

Bluebonnet Collision Center is looking for a dependable, professional Wrecker Driver to join our team. This position is responsible for safely transporting disabled and collision-damaged vehicles to and from our collision center, dealerships, tow yards, customer locations, and other required destinations.

We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, treats customers and their vehicles with respect, and can work independently while being part of a professional collision-repair team.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a company wrecker/tow truck
• Pick up and deliver collision-damaged and disabled vehicles
• Transport vehicles between customers, dealerships, tow yards, insurance facilities, and Bluebonnet Collision Center
• Properly load, secure, transport, and unload vehicles
• Inspect vehicles for existing damage before transportation
• Complete required pickup and delivery documentation
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle pickups and deliveries
• Provide professional and courteous customer service
• Communicate with the collision center regarding pickup and delivery schedules
• Maintain the cleanliness and basic condition of the wrecker
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and report mechanical or safety issues
• Follow all company safety procedures and applicable Texas laws and regulations
• Assist the collision center team with vehicle movement and other transportation-related duties when needed

Qualifications

• Valid Texas driver's license
• Clean driving record preferred
• Previous towing, wrecker, roadside assistance, dealership, or collision-industry experience preferred
• Ability to safely operate a wrecker/tow truck
• Ability to safely load and secure a variety of vehicles
• Good communication and customer-service skills
• Dependable and punctual
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to safely lift, bend, kneel, and work around vehicles
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Must be able to pass a background check and meet company driving requirements
