Title Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Title Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven individual with passion for automotive industry.  The Title Specialist is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of vehicle titles and registrations while maintaining compliance with state requirements.

Job Responsibilities

• Verify accuracy and completeness of documentation required for vehicle title and registration.
• Prepare and submit state forms, process tax and fee disbursements, and ensure timely submission to the appropriate agencies.
• Accurately process new and pre-owned vehicle registrations using dealership and state software.
• Track and follow up on all incoming titles to ensure timely receipt and processing.
• Maintain and reconcile schedules related to tax, title, and license (TTL) payables.

Education and/or Experience

•  High School Diploma or GED required.

Physical Demands

• Regularly required to sit, use hands for data entry, and communicate clearly.
• Occasionally required to stand, and walk.
• Must be able to occasionally lift and move up to 10 pounds.
