Parts Warehouse Associate - San Pedro

PARTS WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist Parts Manager and Warehouse Manager in maintaining inventory on a daily basis
• Assist Warehouse Manager with checking in stock, posting, making claims, and working with spreadsheets. 
• Computer experience is a must with this opportunity
• Working knowledge of CDK Drive, Excel, and Word is a plus! 
• Ensure that unused "outside purchase parts" are returned to vendors
• Assist in preparing for annual parts inventory
• Pull all parts from pick tickets and deliver to technicians
• Pull all parts invoices and stage for shuttle driver
• Conduct bin counts weekly
• Put up stock daily
• Keep parts warehouse secure at all times
• Keep parts area clean
  

REQUIREMENTS:

• Basic skills with computer and other office machine(copier, credit card machine, telephone)
• Automotive experience is a plus, but not necessary
• Hours will vary from 4 am to 8 am to 3 pm and/or at time times 8 am to 5 pm depending on the day's tasts
• Good customer service and communication skills
• Ability to learn in a fast paced environment
• Valid Texas driver’s license
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
• Pass drug test
• Self-disciplined
• Motivated to go above and beyond the minimum standard
• Lift up to 70 pounds
• Able to stoop, kneel, crawl, reach and handle parts and equipment
• Able to work in an environment that is dusty and where various chemical compounds and paint is used
