E-Commerce / Social Media Admin - North Park Volkswagen

Our automotive dealership is seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy E-Commerce / Social Media Admin to manage our online presence and e-commerce platforms. This role is crucial in overseeing social media accounts, promoting inventory, community involvement, and ensuring the smooth operation of our online sales. 

Job Responsibilities

1. Manage and update the dealership’s e-commerce platforms
2. Monitor customer inquiries via social media and online sales channels
3. Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to create engaging social media content featuring new and pre-owned vehicles
4. Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs), including sales and customer engagement, using Microsoft Excel
5. Ensure accurate inventory representation on all online platforms
6. Implement and monitor targeted social media campaigns to promote special offers and events
7. Analyze online sales and social media data to optimize marketing strategies
8. Assist with digital promotional activities, including vehicle launches and seasonal sales events

Requirements

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
2. Familiarity with major social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter) and their use in the automotive industry
3. Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and online sales strategies
4. Excellent communication and customer service skills
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced automotive environment and manage multiple tasks

Education and/or Experience

1.  Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred
2. Previous experience in social media management, e-commerce, or automotive marketing is a plus
3. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and online dealership tools
