Bluebonnet Motors is looking to hire a warranty admin booker/clerk to our growing service team. Dealership experience with knowledge of warranty administration is a huge plus! 5-day work week Monday - Friday

Key Responsibilities

• Review claims under manufacturer's compliance with policy and procedures as per the manual
• Ability to read and understand a technician story to apply labor operations accordingly
• Coding claims
• Submitting claims for payment into manufactures claiming system
• Maintaining a clean warranty receivable schedules regularly to ensure proper cash flow
• Maintaining certifications and knowledge of the current warranty and policy manual
• Help dealership stay compliant with manufacturer’s policy
• CDK DMS experience recommended
• Assist Warranty Manager with all day-to-day warranty functions

• Required to pass a drug test and background check
