Service Department BDC Agent - North Park Subaru Dominion

North Park Subaru Dominion is looking for passionate, energetic applicants to grow our business development center by responding to inquiries received from various sources regarding service appointments and status updates.  Our high volume service department is growing, and so is our client base! You will be the voice of our service department, making excellent first impressions and providing the best customer service regarding the ownership experience. No prior automotive experience required, but excellent customer service/listening skills/and multi tasking will be required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer all inbound service phone calls and internet appointment requests 
  • Quickly identify the customer needs
  • Schedule main shop service appointments, recalls, and maintanence appointments
  • Offer services such as pick up and delivery and mobile service to eligible customers to minimize shop loading restraints 
  • Work with dispatch on shop loading
  • Assist service writers with status updates, including current status, part availability, etc 

 

Qualifications

  • High school diploma / GED
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Comfortable with multiple phone conversations
  • Positive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentality
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player with ability to collaborate with others effectively
  • Valid state of residence driver's license
  • Required to pass a drug test and background check
