Bluebonnet Motors is looking to add a loaner car associate in our growing service department to help manage the constant flow of loaner vehicles and increased customer volume.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for creating contracts, properly explaining the loaner vehicle process to customers, obtaining required documentation, managing the fleet, and coordinating pick up/delivery when applicable.
• Perform walk-around inspections with customers before and after a vehicle is loaned.
• Providing Excellent Customer Service to our customers and employees regarding loaner vehicle needs/expectations.
• Ensure vehicles are clean, maintained, and fueled at all times.
• Schedule customer reservations in a timely manner.
• Prep and stage vehicles prior to delivery
• Work directly with the service advisors and manage wait time expectations

Qualifications

• Valid state of residence driver's license
• Required to pass a hair folicle drug test and criminal background check
