PARTS WHOLESALE ASSOCIATE - North Park Lincoln

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist parts manager in maintaining inventory on a daily basis
  • Answer incoming phone calls and reply to all internet ordering patforms for parts orders.
  • Lookup and complete any and all parts orders from our wholesale customers.
  • Procure any parts needed to complete the customer's orders at the lowest acquision price to complete the customer's order. 
  • Manage all your backorders and communicate ETA's with our customers
  • Ensure that unused "outside purchase parts" are returned to vendors
  • Assist in preparing for annual parts inventory
  • Manage all open invoices in a timely manner
  • Invoice and code all outside purchaed invoices and attach the purchase order
  • Keep parts warehouse secure at all times
  • Keep parts area clean

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Basic skills with computer and other office machine(copier, credit card machine, telephone)
  • Automotive experience is a plus, but not necessary
  • Good customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to learn in a fast paced environment
  • Valid Texas driver’s license
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
  • Pass drug test
  • Self-disciplined
  • Motivated to go above and beyond the minimum standard
  • Lift up to 70 pounds
  • Able to stoop, kneel, crawl, reach and handle parts and equipment
  • Able to work in an environment that is dusty and where various chemical compounds and paint is used
