Part-Time Receptionist / Administrative 

Job Purpose: To meet and greet clients to the store, answer, log and route incoming phone calls, take messages, and perform additional administrative duties as assigned.  You will play a key role in maintaining our store's reputation.  Having a winning attitude, reliable work attendance and a professional appearance are prerequsites. 

Job Duties

  • Meet and greet clients in a professional manner
  • Operate telephone system
  • Communicate with callers in a professional, friendly and efficient manner, striving to minizmize the amount of time spent on hold
  • Talk through messages, indicating the callers first and last name, company name if applicable, the time and the message the caller wishes to leave.  Use message book that has carbon copy so we maintain record of phone messages
  • Perform administrative duties assisting sales management (some examples but not limited to: stocking in fresh inventory, entering approved purchase orders for accounting, report reconciliation, distributing mail or other materials)
  • Be friendly, professional, courteous and efficient when working with all clients and employes: our dealership is a family, and we strive to treat each employee and client as such.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures and safety standards 

Skills / Qualifications 

- Excellent customer service skills, communication skills and high attention to detail.  Ability to multi-task, and handle multiple phone calls at once

Job Requirements

- High school diploma or GED, proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.  Must be able to pass pre-employment testing to include background check including drug sreening.

Compensation

Compensation is based on experience and commensurate with Fortune 500 companies.
