North Park Lincoln Dominion - Ford/Lincoln Certified Service Technician

About the Role

We are looking for Ford/Lincoln Certified Service Technicians to diagnose, repair, and maintain Ford and Lincoln vehicles to manufacturer standards. This is a full-time role for technicians who can work independently, communicate clearly with advisors, and keep customers' vehicles moving through the shop with quality and speed.

Pay: $30 - $53 per hour, based on experience and certifications

Experience: 3+ years preferred

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and service Ford and Lincoln vehicles to factory specifications
• Perform warranty, customer-pay, and maintenance repairs
• Use factory scan tools, technical information, and shop equipment correctly
• Complete work orders accuratedly and document repairs in a timely manner
• Communicate job status, additional needed repairs, and parts requirements to Service Advisors
• Follow all safety, quality, and dealership process standards
• Maintain a clean, organized stall and professional appearance
• Participate in ongoing manufacturer training and stay current on certifications

Qualifications

• Ford and/or Lincoln manufacturer certification preferred
• 3+ years of automotive service technician experience preferred
• Strong diagnostic skills on late-model Ford/Lincoln vehicles
• Ability to work efficiently in a production environment
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• High School diploma or GED required
• ASE certifications a plus
• Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods
