Lot Attendant / Facilities Associate  (Part-Time)

North Park Lincoln at Dominion is seeking a dependable and motivated Lot Attendant / Facilities Associate to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our employees and customers. This position combines facility upkeep and porter responsibilities, making it an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy staying active, working independently, and contributing to a team-oriented environment.

Facility Support

  • Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of dealership facilities, including offices, customer areas, break rooms, hallways, entrances, and service areas
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum, scrub, and maintain floors and surfaces throughout the dealership
  • Clean and restock customer and employee restrooms
  • Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste appropriately
  • Dust furniture, fixtures, and common areas
  • Assist with room setup and furniture movement for meetings and employee events

Porter Responsibilities

  • Park and organize dealership inventory in designated locations
  • Retrieve vehicles for customers and dealership personnel
  • Assist with maintaining an orderly and professional appearance of the lot and facility grounds
  • Support various dealership departments as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications

  • Previous housekeeping, janitorial, porter, or facilities experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
  • Dependable with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record preferred

  • Regularly required to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Frequently required to bend, stoop, kneel, and reach
  • Frequently lift and move items up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds
  • Work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Use hands and arms to handle cleaning equipment, tools, and vehicles
