Product Specialist - Bluebonnet Ford Lincoln

Our Product Specialist will ensure a seamless, high-touch handover process for new vehicle buyers, focusing on technology education and customer satisfaction after the sale. They demonstrate vehicle features, assist with phone pairing, and act as a liaison between sales and service. 

As the Product Specialist you will assist customers with their Ford Sync and Navigation Systems when they take delivery of their new vehicle. In addition, you will help our Sales Consultants stay on top of the latest software updates.

The Product Specialist works with both sales and service customers, you may also be driving to customer’s houses to program garage doors and train customers in the new technology. You will also be managing internet specials and updating websites.

5-day work week- Tuesday-Saturday  10 a.m. – 7 p.m.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Basic skills with computer and other office machine(copier, credit card machine, telephone)
• Tech Savvy, Quick Learner, Hard Worker, Dependable, People Person
• Automotive experience is a plus, but not necessary
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Ability to learn in a fast-paced environment 
• Valid Texas driver’s license
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
• Pass hair follicle drug test
• Self-disciplined
• Motivated to go above and beyond the minimum standard
• Able to stoop, kneel, crawl, reach and handle parts and equipment
