North Park Lexus of San Antonio has an incredible and rare opportunity for a results-focused, highly driven and experienced Automotive Finance & Insurance Manager.  We are looking for someone that has a keen eye for detail, yet also has an infectious and positive personality with incredible relationship building skills.  Customer service is of the utmost importance to us at Lexus, and we are looking for someone that can guide our guests to create the best ownership experience possible. This person will also lead with a strong focus on compliance requirements and product knowledge, clearly communicate product features and benefits and can provide an amazing experience for our guests.

Job Responsibilities

• Contract new business, sell and close deals
• Check / verify paperwork involved with cash, finance or loan transactions
• Contract or collect all money at closing
• Seek bank approval on financed and leased deals
• Maintain a working knowledge of leases, loans, etc…
• Promote our products designed to help our clients
• Acquire approval from lenders
• Understand all programs and rate options offered by our lenders
• Educate guests about extended warranty options and L/Certified warranty benefits
• Handle all cancellations for extended warranties and products as needed
• Support the sales department with any and all tasks/processes as needed

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s Degree required – Major in Finance or Business is an added benefit.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in Automotive Finance & Insurance position or related field.
