Paint Prep Technician - North Park Lincoln Collision Center / Body Shop

We are seeking a Paint Prep Tech at our North Park Lincoln Collision Center.  The Paint Prep Tech will perform all paint buffing/polishing assigned to bring the final product to the exact finish per the manufacturer guidelines.

Responsibilities

  • Buff and polish paint work from the painter.
  • Communicate status of all work to estimator and painter.
  • Quality inspects body all work.
  • Maintain clean work area.
  • Attend weekly department meetings.
  • Other duties may be assigned.

Education/Experience

High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED); and six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
