Sales Assistant - North Park Lincoln

We are looking for energetic sales assistant candidates to with good communication skills and professional appearance. The Sales Assistant assists our Sales Consultants through the sales process, to help ensure a top-notch experience for our clients purchasing new Lincolns and preowned vehicles. No automotive experience required, we will train and develop you!

Responsibilities
- Greet clients with a courteous smile (they're contagious) - attitude is everything!
- A hospitality mindset: long-term client relationships are our culture, not one-time sales
- Assist sales consultants and sales managers with the logistics of presenting different vehicles to clients, and delivering sold vehicles once they are ready
- Become knowledgable on the Lincoln product lineup: different models, packages, and in-vehicle technology.
- Explain different features including technology to select clients at delivery
- Use our Client Relationship Management (CRM) software daily
- Assist sales management with monitoring of client traffic arriving to look at new and preowned vehicles - looking specifically for people who haven't been assisted, and jumping in to welcome them to North Park
- As assigned, make follow-up phone calls / e-mails to recent sales customers to ensure complete client satisfaction.
- Attends regular department meetings as appropriate
Education / Experience
High School Diploma or GED required. Some college or college degree preferred.
Certificates / Licenses / Registrations
Operator's Drivers License (must be insurable).
