Vehicle Delivery / Technology Specialist – North Park Subaru Dominion

As our Specialist, you will be trained to be the expert on all the technological components of the Subaru product line. So we need someone with a winning attitude, a professional appearance, as well as a love for technology. While we prefer someone with experience, candidates with great potential will also be considered.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in the delivery of their vehicles
• Follow-up with customers regarding the delivery of their vehicle
• Maintain a high degree of product and technical knowledge in the following technologies: Bluetooth, Enform, Safety Connect, Navigation System, Park Assist, Home Link and much more
• Present Products in an effective manner that ensures customer understanding
• Resolve customer inquiries for vehicle technology issues

Requirements:

• High school diploma or general education degree required (GED)
• Additional training and education a plus
• Related technical experience preferred

Must also possess:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in the English language
• Ability to effectively utilize the Microsoft Office Suite, ipads
• Superior customer service skills to include phone and email etiquette
