We are looking for a dedicated person to fill our growing service department.. We need applicants who have great customer service skills and are willing to learn the automotive industry.
Responsibilities
- Answer phones and schedule service appointments.
- Cashier customers and close Repair Orders.
- Prepare and file repair Orders. Scan Repair Orders and Invoices.
- Understand cash drawers and how to balance them.
- Understand and implement dealership service process
-Use texting to communicate with customers.
Requirements
- High school diploma/GED
- Basic computer skills
- Must have valid driver license
