Kahlig Automotive Group is looking for a proactive and energetic Executive Administrative Assistant to the President of the company.

Kahlig Automotive Group offers competitive pay ($60,000 annual income + bonus potential after 1 year of employment) and is commensurate with experience and ability. Job Description:

  • The ideal candidate will be flexible, exercise considerable discretion and independent judgment, and have the confidence and professionalism necessary to interact at all levels of the organization.
  • Responsible for coordinating all facets of the President’s personal and business objectives.
  • Facilitates communications and acts as a point of contact on behalf of the President
  • Organization and maintenance of calendar using a high level of integrity.
  • Maintains/coordinates meetings along with all logistics, catering, planning, follow-up, room reservations.
  • Improves department administrative efficiency and provides other general administrative support as required.
  • Prepares Sales and Financial reports in line with company policy on a monthly basis.
  • Ad-hoc special projects as needed.

 

Requirements

  • Required Experience: 2-5 Years as an Executive Administrative Assistant or Accounting background
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Business is required
  • Ability to interact with Executives of all levels in a professional manner
  • Ability to work varied and flexible hours and on an on-call basis
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and multi-task
  • Self-Starter with strong desire to be in a fast-paced environment
  • High quality oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Orientation for accuracy, completeness and careful attention to detail, including a sense of urgency in executing tasks
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word and SharePoint
  • Experience with travel booking and expense management
  • Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment, including ability to handle confidential information with integrity
  • Team player who collaborates well with others
  • Proactive self-starter with high levels of personal initiative and a positive attitude
