Texas’ #1 Lincoln retailer (for new Lincolns, and for preowned Lincolns) is looking for passionate, energetic applicants to respond to inquiries received from various online sources about our vehicles, and set appointments for them to come experience Lincoln. We have a very loyal client following, and Lincoln’s great new products and services are attracting interest and inquiries from people who haven’t experienced Lincoln before. No prior automotive experience required, other than maybe a love of automobiles in general. We will train and develop you, so you can advance within our family-owned dealership (part of the Kahlig Auto Group) – we believe in promoting from within.
Some responsibilities of the job:
Quote transparent pricing upfront and inventory availability
Develop a client prospecting file/record
Meet and greet prospects (by appointment), and coordinate handoff to sales consultants (product experts) for the next steps in our sales process
Grow your knowledge of the Lincoln products (enough to confidently convince prospects that setting an appointment to see our vehicles will be time well spent)
Assist sales and service management with ideas for creative social media content and engagement
Compensation:
Negotiable hourly pay rate, depending on prior work experience and skills
Performance bonuses and merit raises available
Benefits:
5-day work week, and always closed on Sundays
Company holidays: 4th of July, Thanksgiving, New Year’s Day and Christmas plus a few days before Christmas
