Entry Level Accounting Clerk

Kahlig Auto Group is currently seeking an entry level Accounting Clerk in their San Antonio market. The ideal candidate will need to have attention to detail, the desire to learn, and the ability to meet deadlines. Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Prepare and post various account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
• Reconcile select accounts and financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
• Participate in accounting month-end closing procedures; provide support to accounting office personnel
• Record funds to the customers’ accounts.
• Assist in posting and paying vendor invoices.
