Client Service Advisor – Automotive

North Park Lincoln is looking for a Client Service Advisor who loves delivering customer service with hospitality in mind.  Our dealership has a loyal clientele base that is very large, much larger than the average Lincoln store in the U.S. (our sales department has been ranked #1 in the nation, right here in San Antonio, for new Lincoln sales for over 20 years).  We've also been voted one of the "Top Workplaces in San Antonio" 3 years running. We're looking for motivated candidates with good communication skills, professional appearance, and solid time management skills.  If these are qualities that you possess we are interested in speaking with you!

Job Responsibilities

  • Greet clients with a courteous smile (they're contagious) - attitude is everything!
  • Listen to clients, make eye contact, repeat their concern.  Not only so you can translate the maintenance or repair needs to techs, but also very important that client knows we are listening!
  • Earn client trust through consistency of having your team conduct multi-point inspections - planting seed for services needed on future visits 
  • When upselling needed services, we use low pressure, high integrity approach
  • Provide accurate repair/maintenance estimates
  • Proactively keeping clients updated, with method of communication they prefer: some love text updates, some want to hear your voice on the phone!
  • Look over client's vehicle when your technician team is finished with all approved work and the vehicle is washed, before client handed the keys (or before our concierge team heads off to deliver vehicle back to the client) - surprises aren't good! 
  • Review and explain repairs and associated costs with customers - often bills are now paid online, so explanations can happen not in person, but by emailing the inspection sheet and invoice, and explaining work done over the phone
  • Handle minor customer concerns and complaints
  • Keep Service Manager informed of all problems and potential problems
  • High Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores are always the goal and expectation at North Park Lincoln - we've won 19 President's Awards (Lincoln's top honor for sales / service customer satisfaction) - more than almost every Lincoln store in the U.S.!
