Parts Advisor Assistant

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist parts manager in maintaining inventory on a daily basis, including stocking parts, pulling parts orders, and being knowledgeable with receiving parts, and warranty retention.
Assist parts advisor in billing of parts for retail, wholesale, and internal customers by phone, online, and in person.
Primarily responsible for handling internal service, retail, and online orders.
Keep parts areas clean.
Ability to multitask a must.
Looking for self starting, fast learning, motivated individuals
Automotive parts experience is a plus.

REQUIREMENTS:

Basic skills with computer and other office machine (copier, credit card machine, telephone) a must.
Strong customer service and effective communication skills.
Ability to learn in a fast paced environment.
Ability to multitask a plus
Valid Texas driver’s license.
Ability to drive manual transmission a plus
Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
Pass drug test (hair follicle) & background test
Self-disciplined
Motivated to go above and beyond the minimum standard (including assisting other depts)
Lift up to 70 pounds
Able to stoop, kneel, crawl, reach and handle parts and equipment
Able to work in an environment that is dusty and where various chemical compounds and paint is used
