Customer Service Representative/BDC Professional – Automotive

Job Description

Do you have what it takes to excel in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment? If so, the rewards can be outstanding! Our dealership is currently seeking highly motivated, results-driven Customer Service Professionals to schedule appointments for new and used vehicles. In this position, you will help to develop, implement and administer our e-commerce platform while responding to sales leads and information requests generated through the dealership’s website.

Responsibilities and Requirements

  • Monitor and respond to Internet leads (referral services and website)
  • Develop client prospecting file upon lead receipt
  • Quote pricing, rates and inventory availability
  • Present and demonstrate inventory
  • Understand and implement dealership sales process
  • Must be familiar with Client Relationship Management (CRM) software
  • Make customer phone calls and emails to drive business
  • Schedule Appointments

Compensation

Hourly plus commission based on performance and monthly Customer Satisfaction Bonus.
