North Park is currently seeking an entry level office team member in our San Antonio market. The ideal candidate will have high character attention to detail, desire to learn, and the ability to meet deadlines. Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Prepare and post various account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
Reconcile select accounts and financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
Record funds to the customers’ accounts.
Assist in posting and payments with vendors invoices.
Candidates must be able to multitask in a fast paced environment and work flexible hours.
