The Kahlig Auto Group has an opportunity for an individual with strong administrative abilities and high character. The Administrative Assistant position requires a flexible work schedule but will provide rewarding and challenging work experiences.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to providing high-level administrative services to executive personnel; assisting visitors and callers; making travel arrangements for executive personnel; preparing correspondence, dealership-wide communications, reports, etc.; coordinating arrangements for meetings and certain events; sorts and routes incoming mail and prepares outgoing mail; maintaining a professional appearance and neat work area.

Previous experience in an administrative support role and a Bachelor's Degree are preferred. Candidate must have professional communication skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office.
