BDC Sales/Service Rep

Job Purpose: To answer customer communications via email, chat and telephone in a manner that conforms to the standards and processes put into effect by dealerships management team for sales and service. We are experiencing a tremendous increase in our internet leads and sales calls and need the right candidate with a proven track record in either automotive BDC or telemarketing sales. We will provide a constant flow of quality prospects from our various sources, and you will turn those prospects into appointments and be PAID WELL TO DO SO!

Job Duties:

  • Respond daily to leads
  • Answer chats
  • Set appointments
  • Input customers into CRM Solution
  • Track results daily/weekly/monthly
  • Follow scripts to best maximize opportunities
  • Listen/read customer request and respond appropriately   
  • Professionally answer and make phone calls
  • Contact customers in a timely manor
  • Maintain performance and develop
  • Interface with other department when needed
  • Participate in dealership meetings

Skills/Qualifications

  • Successful track record of performance in Internet Sales, Automotive Dealership Business Development Center or Call Center
  • The ability to manage a high volume of inbound and outbound sales and service call volume, internet leads, chat and call lists
  • Ability to handle automotive sales and service requests
  • Experience on phones, email and chat
  • The ability to successfully navigate the dealerships CRM, website and other tools

Job Requirements

  • Must have at least a high school diploma/GED
  • Basic Computer skills
  • Some BDC or call center experience
  • Customer service and or sales background
  • All applicants must be able to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, drug test, credit report, and valid driver license.
