Sales Consultant – North Park Volkswagen

We are seeking highly motivated, results-driven sales pros for new and used vehicles. In this position, you will walk with clients through the entire sales process, from inquiry to ownership. Along the way, your stellar attitude and customer service skills will not only help close the sale, but secure customers for life.
Understand and implement dealership sales process
Own every aspect of the sales process (from new client prospecting to vehicle delivery)
Present and demonstrate inventory
Review, update and manage daily inventory reports
Create and execute strategies for increasing market share
Prepare and review monthly plans with sales leadership
Maintain Customer Service Index, Gross Average and monthly units to dealership standards
Remain up-to-date on products, market trends and certification
Must be familiar with Client Relationship Management (CRM) software
Education and/or Experience
Experience, education and prior sales training are a PLUS.
Compensation is based on experience and commensurate with Fortune 500 companies.

Shuttle Drive (Part Time) North Park Volkswagen
The Shuttle Driver drives a vehicle to transport customers from the dealership to their home or business and may pick them up for a return trip to the dealership. The driver may assist disabled passengers into and out of vehicle. He or she will operate radio or similar device to communicate with base station or other vehicles to report disruption of service.
The Shuttle Driver may perform errands for the dealership to transport or pick up materials from various local destinations. The driver also will clean and service vehicle with fuel, lubricants, and accessories, keep records of trips and behavior of passengers (if disruptive). He or she may perform other duties when not driving, such as custodial and light maintenance tasks.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:
Drive a vehicle to transport customers.
Assist passengers in and out of the vehicle if needed.
Follow customers’ directions to arrive at desired destination.
Monitor vehicle maintenance/fuel.
Run errands for the dealership if needed.
Regular and predictable attendance.
Keeps shuttle vehicles maintained and clean when not transporting customers or running errands.
High School graduation or equivalent is required for all employees.
Current valid driver’s license (not necessarily a CDL) is required for all employees.
