As our new BDC Concierge, you will be the voice and face of our dealership. So we need someone with a winning attitude and a professional appearance. Job Responsibilities

Understand and follow receptionist processes and procedures
-Handle switch board, warmly transfer calls, schedule service appointments on the computer and assist the guest with any request with a smile
Perform clerical duties such as typing, proofreading, data entry, filing, photocopying, faxing and sorting mail
Receive visitors and obtain name and nature of business
Diffuse client concerns and direct them to the appropriate team member for assistance
Being a team player is a must
Attend department meetings
Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or GED
1 to 3 months of related experience and/or training
Candidates with an equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered

Inspects oil, cabin, air filters and vehicle fluid levels and replaces or replenishes as necessary.
Checks tire pressures and adds air, as needed.
Documents all work performed on repair order and inspection sheet.
Operates and maintains in good condition all lubrication equipment.
Assists the service department, as needed.
Operated all tools and equipment in a safe manner.

Qualifications

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Individual should possess:


A high school diploma or equivalent: some college or vocational school preferred;
A minimum of one (1) year automotive repair experience, desired; or a combination of education and experience.
Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance required; and mathematical principles (adding, subtracting, dividing, multiplying, and percentages) and application;
Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles; determining causes of operating errors and deciding what to do about it; pay attention to detail; read and comprehend instructions and information in the English language;
Must have a valid driver’s license and have and maintain an acceptable, safe driving record.

The purpose of the Sales Porter is to assist with vehicle logistics to support the Sales Department and our clients.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.  Other duties may be assigned.

Keeps demos prepared to show
Pulls cars from inventory when needed
Fills deliveries or demos with gas
Washes cars if needed
Takes sold inventory to make ready/prep center
Keeps all cars showroom ready
Maintains inventory
Transports cars to clients or to offsite locations for additional work
Helps perform physical inventory monthly
Attends weekly department meetings as appropriate
