Part Time Barista - North Park Lexus at Dominion

North Park Lexus at Dominion is seeking a friendly and experienced Coffee Bar Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring energy and enthusiasm to the role, providing exceptional service to customers while maintaining a well-organized and efficient coffee bar environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and espresso-based beverages in accordance with customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar, ensuring all equipment is in proper working order.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer needs and inquiries promptly and courteously.
• Manage inventory of coffee, milk, syrups, and other supplies, and restock as needed.
• Handle cash and process transactions efficiently and accurately.
• Adhere to all health and safety guidelines, ensuring a safe and clean work environment.
• Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming and positive atmosphere.

Requirements

• Prior experience as a barista or in a similar customer-facing role is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality beverages.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks as required.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Education and/or Experience

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Barista certification or training is a plus.
